How to Register Your Hala Agency
Complete simple steps to set up your agency and start onboarding hosts
Step 1: Open “Agency Center” on your profile
Download the
Step 2: Click “Create an Agency”
Locate and tap the agency creation option in your user menu to initialize registration.
Step 3: Input all the agency information
Fill in the required profile credentials, country details, and contact numbers accurately.
Step 4: Choose your admin then ask for your admin approval
Submit your verification code and await swift verification from the platform administration.

Notes:
- Total income = Your agency income + Each of your sub-agencies income
- Agency ratio will be credited in real-time when the host receives a gift.
Commission from Host
Agent earns a percentage of their hosts’ total earnings (excluding their platform rewards, rankings, tasks, etc.)
How to calculate commission from only hosts:
1. Total Income × commission rate
Commission from Sub-agent
Agents also earn a percentage of their sub-agents’ total earnings.
How to calculate commission from sub-agents:
(Your agency ratio − Sub-agency ratio rate) × Your total income.
Commission Calculation Example
Total Valid Incomes

Agency A’s total valid income = Agency A + Sub-agency B + C + D + E + F
(10M + 20M + 70M + 20M + 30M + 80M) = 230M
Therefore, Agency A’s ratio rate is 20% (refer to the table in section 1) -
Agency B’s total valid income = B + D + E
20M + 20M + 30M = 70M
Therefore, Agency B’s ratio rate is 16% -
Agency C’s total valid income = C + F
70M + 80M = 150M
Therefore, Agency C’s ratio rate is 20%
Commission Calculations

Agency A's ratio from Agency B = (20% − 16%) × (20M + 20M + 30M) = 2.8M
Agency A's ratio from Agency C = (20% − 20%) × (70M + 80M) = 0
Therefore, Agency A's total ratio from sub-agencies is 2.8M + 0 = 2.8M = $280 USD -
Agency B's ratio from Agency D = (16% − 12%) × 20M = 0.8M
Agency B's ratio from Agency E = (16% − 12%) × 30M = 1.2M
Therefore, Agency B's total ratio from sub-agencies is 0.8M + 1.2M = 2M = $200 USD -
Agency C's ratio from Agency F = (20% − 16%) × 80M = 3.2M
Therefore, Agency C's total ratio from sub-agencies is 3.2M = $320 USD - Since Agency D, E, and F have no sub-agency, they don’t earn sub-agency ratio.

Hala Live Agency Rules
Please adhere to platform standards to maintain a safe, professional agency ecosystem
- Agents are not allowed to spam "join agency" invitations to hosts and users.
- Agents are not allowed to recruit hosts from other agents on the platform.
- It is prohibited to promote other Apps.
- Hala Live strictly prohibits any fraudulent activities. Any violations will result in permanent account suspension.
- If the agent does not process the request to leave the agency within 7 days, the host will automatically leave the agency.
- Hosts who have been with the agency for less than 24 hours can leave the agency immediately after submitting their first request.
- After submitting a request to leave, regardless of whether the request is approved, the hosts cannot submit another request within 30 days.

Common questions regarding agency requirements, commissions, and policies
Download and install the app, create an account, complete your profile and agency information, then click “Confirm” to finish registration.
Your commission is based on your agency’s total income from hosts and sub-agencies. The commission rate ranges from 4% to 20% depending on your agency level.
You earn a percentage from your hosts’ total earnings and additional commission from sub-agencies based on the difference between your agency level and their commission rate.
Go to Profile → Points → Currency, choose your currency, select a payment method, and enter the amount you want to withdraw.
